We hope you’re happy with your piece. If not, the following applies:

Ready-made pieces

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be: 

• Unused and in its original condition

• Undamaged

• Returned in original packaging 

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Costs for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Custom-made products

Custom and made-to-order items including custom colours for existing designs and other personalised variations that are produced specifically for you cannot be returned. If you select ‘custom colour’ at purchase and we are unable to fulfil your custom colour request, the production process will not be started and you will receive a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
