Return Policy

Overview

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, please review our returns policy for both ready-made and custom-made pieces.

Ready-made pieces

If you purchase a ready-made item (non-customised), you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be undamaged

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Custom-made products

Custom-made or personalised items are made specifically to your request. Because of this, they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

This includes:

• Custom colour orders

• Any made-to-order or personalised variations

Before production begins, we will confirm your order details with you. If we are unable to create your requested custom design or colour, your order will be fully refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
